Two stage Sandvik Crushing and Screening plant. This mine spec plant was designed by Sandvik as the ultimate aggregate plant. The Steel structures, conveyors are highly specked and great quality. The plant was originally erected and commissioned by S&R Enterprises and the crusher has been maintained by the S&R team throughout its life. The steel and structure need a bit of paint repair caused by acid in the material. The crushing plant worked on a medium abrasive application.

This is a turnkey plant as the generator, switchgear and all cabling are included. This plant is in a great condition and ready to go!

Capital equipment: Scania Generator, Sandvik CJ411 Jaw Crusher, Sandvik CH430 cone crusher, Sandvik SF1443 Screen, Sandvik SP0818 surge bin feeder, CEA Electrical control circuit. All structure manufactured locally on Sandvik specifications.
